friendly staff wide selection quiet room perfect location
The staff were very friendly. They welcomed me warmly and helped with directions. Breakfast was a highlight, with a very wide selection of hot and cold options. The room was quiet. I slept soundly! The location was perfect, though the parking was expensive.

friendly staff clean room wide variety convenient location
I found the staff friendly. They were always ready to assist with any questions. My queen room was clean, boasting modern amenities like a good-sized tv. The breakfast provided a wide variety. Fresh fruit, pastries and cereals were available. The hotel's location is convenient, close to many attractions.
The car park is not exclusively for hotel guests. Other public users park there too.

Mediocre Stay with Some Issues
small room salty bacon
The room felt quite small (I travel with a lot of gear). Storage was lacking, so my luggage was always in the way. the bathroom sink drained very slowly. The breakfast bacon was also too salty for my taste.

The staff demonstrated superb efficiency and friendliness. The location is very central and close to attractions. The electric car charging hub is a huge plus! I found easy check-in..
The wash basin was a bit slow to empty water.

room issues and parking PROBLEMS
parking situation small room
the car park situation is a JOKE. it can be used by anyone and THERE were zero spaces. i had to park in the less-secure, open-air ncp car park across the street. ALSO, the room was quite small and lacked storage for luggage contents. this was not ideal.
